REGISTRATIONS CLERK

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional who can add value and support to our administration team.

The successful candidate will be mature minded and have the ability to work autonomously, while also being part of our great work environment. They will need to be punctual and reliable.

Experience in the follow would be desirable:

  • Knowledge and experience in working with Pentana dealer software
  • Transport Main Roads Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
  • DealerLogic/registration software experience (highly desirable)
  • Experience working in the automotive industry (highly desirable)
  • Proven organisational skills and willingness to follow processes and procedures
  • General competency with IT systems & professional literacy skills
  • The ability to prioritise urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy
  • Reception relief and other general administration as required
RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Preparing and processing vehicle registrations and transfers
  • Review client paperwork for accuracy and compliance with industry regulations
  • Work collaboratively with numerous fellow staff to ensure seamless and efficient process
  • Identify, report and action any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain client confidentially
