Our dynamic business already has a great team in place, due to expanding our department with significant growth in our PMA we require an experienced and capable Service Manager to assist our valued customers and help lead our service department staff across some of our brands 13 brands.  

This role requires an automotive professional who can jump right in and make a difference from the start, prior experience as a Dealership Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor looking for their next career move may be considered. 

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager this role will require leadership to a team of approx. 15 staff including detailers and service valet, technicians, foreman, workshop controllers, warranty admin and service advisors.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:

Prior Automotive Service Department Management, Assistant Service Manager experience in a automotive dealership essential.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship and communication skills
Immaculate presentation and professional manner
Ability to take on team leadership responsibilities
Able to plan, communicate and prioritize daily workloads in line with workshop objectives and customer expectations
Thrives on being part of an energetic, cohesive team
Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office programs. Competency with Pentana DMS highly regarded.
Manual driver's license is essential
