PARTS WAREHOUSE PERSON

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, Trinity Auto Group is a substantial, multi-franchise dealership, located in beautiful, tropical Cairns in North Queensland. This dynamic business has an amazing team in place and we are looking for more of the right people to join us.

This role needs someone who can jump right in and make a difference from the start, so prior experience as a Parts Warehouse Person - or in a similar position - would be advantageous.

The successful applicant will work within our Parts Distribution Centre supporting our 12 new cars brands, used car reconditioning and our 4 vehicle service centre locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a warehouse person you will need to take responsibility for your immediate processes and people in a professional and timely manner

 

  • Be able to facilitate efficient parts handling, ordering and management.

  • Effectively respond to and follow up all enquiries in a within reasonable time frames
  • Maintain warehouse and locations policy and procedure
  • Work as a valuable member and leader in a team environment
  • Utilise computer systems and programs efficiently and input data accurately
  • Provide superior levels of customer service
  • Other duties as required time to time as directed by the parts manager

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experienced and motivated store person with prior vehicle parts experience
  • Have a thorough understanding of warehousing and locations
  • Sound computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
  • A working knowledge of Pentana DMS
  • Multi-franchise experience would be an advantage
  • Positive attitude and able to work with others toward business objectives
  • Manual driver's licence is essential
