VEHICLE SALES MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an experienced vehicle sales manager your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all the daily duties and responsibilities of a sales department for efficiency, sales performance and high levels of customer service.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new customers through appropriate product offers, ethical sales techniques and professionalism, whilst maximising quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using collaboration to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
- Ensure the engagement and follow up of all department sales enquiries and appointments using appropriate process
- Use and maintain customer and prospect contact data within available tools and systems to facilitate customer retention and source referral business
- Be team player and assume a leadership role within a dynamic sales environment
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- A superior understanding of sales management, sales processes and strategic execution
- The drive to succeed
- The ability to use critical thinking in leadership role
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and Pentana DMS
- Immaculate and professional presentation
- Open Queensland manual driver's licence essential
